Reduce stress with yoga exercises from Indian specialists
Under the pressure of modern life, many have come to the yoga field to relieve stress, learn to face many types of stress. That is why yoga is growing very fast in Vietnam.
However, according to the yoga experts in India, the new yoga practice in Vietnam is focusing on the physical, not focused on the spirit.
Meanwhile, Yoga is a combination of physical and mental principles that help the body to be healthier, more calm and control, towards better self-awareness.
Therefore, at the latest yoga instruction at the Indian Cultural Center, the Indian Embassy (Hanoi, Yoga expert India, Selvarasu instructor has conducted a number of simple yoga exercises including: Yogasanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Kriya (cleansing), Mudra (gestures) and Dhyana (meditation).
